SPMT seeks to collect only the information needed to do business, provide its services and support its customers. Its stated commitment is not to share customer information with third parties without an appropriate purpose, permission or legal basis.
Clicky web analytics
We use Clicky, a web analytics service operated by Roxr Software Ltd, to count visits, pages viewed, referring sites, countries and the broad browser and device types used on the WeldTrace website. Clicky runs on every visit to www.weldtrace.com and does not depend on the analytics choice below: without that choice it runs without cookies, so a visit is recognised for the day from a hashed combination of connection and browser details and no identifier is stored in your browser. When you allow optional analytics, Clicky may also set its own cookies from your next page so that return visits are recognised. Clicky is not loaded when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Clicky receives the pages you view, the referring site, your IP address (which Clicky can shorten in our project settings), browser and device details and screen size. Clicky's own privacy terms apply to its processing; contact us for access or deletion requests.
Zoho PageSense
When you allow optional analytics, we also load Zoho PageSense on the WeldTrace website. PageSense uses cookies and similar technologies to measure visits, returning visitors and interactions, and receives browsing and device information from your browser. Its data retention and enabled features are controlled separately in our PageSense project; the 90-day retention described below applies to our own traffic datasets. PageSense is not loaded before you allow analytics or when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can withdraw permission through Analytics preferences in the footer or chat. If PageSense is already running, withdrawing permission reloads the page to stop it; save any unfinished form entries first. Withdrawal stops future tracking but does not automatically delete information already collected. Contact us for access or deletion requests.
Website enquiries, appointments and analytics
Contact enquiries and appointments are stored in our website database for authorised administrators. We save the details you provide, consent, submission time, browser information, language, reported timezone, referring origin and, when supplied by our trusted hosting proxy, your IP address. These records help us respond, schedule appointments and prevent misuse. Cloudflare Turnstile processes verification information to protect public forms. To improve this website, we count public page requests in daily totals by page, broad browser/device category and referral category. These basic counts do not use visitor identifiers or store individual visits, IP addresses, full user agents or URL queries. They are not linked to contact or booking records. No analytics provider receives these counts. Conversations with TraceE, our chat assistant, are saved without asking who you are, so we can understand which questions visitors ask. Before your first question you complete a Cloudflare Turnstile check; completing it confirms that you agree to this logging. Each saved chat holds the questions and answers, the page it started on, your reported timezone and language, the referring site, your browser and device type and, when supplied by our trusted hosting proxy, your IP address, and a summary of each conversation is shared with our sales team. If you allow optional analytics, the chat is also linked to your anonymous analytics session with its broad device and browser type. If you ask for a copy of the conversation when ending a chat, the email address you enter is saved with that chat and used only to send the transcript. Optional session analytics runs only when you explicitly allow it in the banner or chat; opening or using chat does not grant analytics consent. Optional session analytics and Zoho PageSense respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Anonymous page counts run regardless of analytics consent or browser privacy signals, without cookies or visitor identifiers. They include public page loads and client-side navigation, but do not measure unique visitors. Individual requests cannot be removed from these aggregate totals. We use local storage and a preference cookie to remember your choice. An older preference stored only in local storage is applied to server requests after your browser first loads this version. Optional session analytics stores page paths, referring origins, broad device/browser types, your reported timezone, a random per-tab session identifier and a random visitor identifier kept in your browser for 90 days so that return visits count as one visitor, with no raw IP address or URL query strings in analytics events. Both traffic datasets expire after 90 days. We also report totals of saved enquiries, bookings and quotation requests without linking them to browsing activity. Enquiries and booking records are retained for business follow-up until deleted under our retention process. Use Analytics preferences in the footer or chat to change your choice; chat remains available whichever option you select; contact us for access or deletion requests.
Scope
This policy applies to websites, products, services and applications provided by Smart Project Management Tools (SPMT), a trading name of Vision-Pro Consulting Australia Pty Ltd. It covers information SPMT controls and service data processed on a customer’s behalf.
Information you provide
SPMT may collect information supplied during account signup, sales and support enquiries, transactions, surveys and other interactions. This can include your name, business contact details, company, country and the content of your communication.
Information collected automatically
Websites and services may collect browser, device, server-log, cookie, application-usage, performance and diagnostic information. This information is used to operate, secure, support and improve the services and to understand how they are used.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide and maintain services, communicate important notices, respond to support requests, improve products, prevent fraud or misuse, administer websites, analyse trends and send optional marketing communications where permitted.
Legal bases and choices
Depending on your location and the context, processing may rely on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, consent or a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing, opt out of non-essential messages and control browser cookies.
Service data
Customers retain ownership and control of the data they place in SPMT services. SPMT processes service data to provide the instructed service, support users, maintain security and resolve technical issues. Authorised collaborators may see information made available to them through product roles and sharing settings.
Retention and requests
Account and service data is retained while the service is in use and then removed under applicable retention and backup processes. Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Requests concerning data controlled by an SPMT customer should first be directed to that customer.
Security, children and external services
SPMT applies organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. The products are not directed to children under 16. External links, public forums, social widgets and third-party services operate under their own privacy terms.
International transfers and Do Not Track
Personal information and service data may be processed, transferred and stored in countries where SPMT operates, subject to applicable contractual safeguards. Optional session analytics, Clicky and Zoho PageSense respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Anonymous page counts continue without tracking cookies or visitor identifiers. Other products and external services may handle those signals differently.
Legal disclosures and business changes
SPMT may preserve or disclose information where required by law, to investigate unlawful activity, enforce agreements or protect users and the public. If the business is acquired or merged, the acquiring entity must honour the policy commitments and affected users will be notified of relevant changes and choices.
Changes and contact
